Laura completed her Professional Cookery Level 3 at City of Bristol College and worked in fine dining restaurants in the UK and the USA. When the chance came to learn how to make pizza in New York it was a dream come true for a real pizza lover like Laura. After 3 years Laura headed back to the UK keen to try her new pizzaiolo skills in Bristol.
